5 prestigious research roles for women in STEM in the Engineering Faculty at Queen's University, Canada.

The Engineering Faculty at Queen’s University Canada is recruiting women for five Canada Research Chairs - federally funded academic posts for researchers who are tackling global challenges. They are seeking world-leading women in engineering academia to fill them. Spanning the Electrical & Computer, Mechanical & Materials, Civil, and Mining Engineering departments, these Chairs represent the pinnacle of engineering research. If you are – or know – a global leader in engineering research, applications are now open. Learn more about these positions at https://qeng.one/crc.

The creation of five international research roles that have been dedicated to women in STEM is a significant step at Queen's toward assuring equity in academia and the profession. Addressing a known gap in diversity in engineering equity, the Canada Research Chair Program has made these positions open only to women. Queen’s Engineering fully supports this initiative to address an imbalance in both academia and the profession.
