Mary Mulvihill Award 2021

Calling all third level students, it's time to think about entering the 2021 Mary Muvihill Award. The theme for the award is Virus. This has been very much in all of our minds as we face the Covid-19 pandemic. Entries are invited that relate also to virus as it comes up in other aspects of life and society. Think of virus, viral, virulent & related terms in their daily as well as their scientific usage.

The award is open to many different formats, from essays to podcasts: the winning entry in 2019 was Laura K. Finnegan’s sampler of a children’s book about Irish scientists. Be creative and have fun with your entry! The closing date is 30th April 2021. Full guidelines can be found at marymulvihillaward.ie.
